Have you ever wondered why the crocodile dentist toy closes its mouth and bites your fingers when you press a tooth? How does a random tooth get selected to shut its mouth? Those were my thoughts while playing with my favorite toy when I was young. I learned that two gears and a spring inside the toy work together to give us a thrilling feeling.
I was a child full of curiosity, especially about how things work. Even now, I want to know how machines work, how a sensor recognizes a fingerprint, and so on. Advanced technology fascinates me. The engineers who design and build all those machines have been my inspiration.
Given my strong passion for engineering, I decided to pursue Mechatronics Engineering at Yangon Technological University in Myanmar. Later, when I decided to continue my studies in Thailand, I chose to study Robotics and AI Engineering.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the newest technological innovations and has many possibilities to become more advanced and influential in the future. Many software applications and websites that we will use in coming years are expected to include AI functions with greater capabilities. Because of this, I became very interested in learning more about AI and how it can be used to solve real-world problems.
After I earn my degree from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), my primary objective is to become an AI Engineer. Since I am so passionate about this field, becoming an AI Engineer is my dream job and among the main reasons why I chose this program at KMITL.
During my first two years at KMITL, I had the opportunity to work on both robotics and AI projects. These experiences helped me understand how robotics systems and AI technologies can work together to create intelligent machines. Because of these projects, I became even more motivated to continue studying and developing my AI and robotics skills.

However, I am in need of financial assistance to graduate. Since both of my parents passed away during my early childhood years, I was raised by my grandparents, aunties, and uncles who are always ready to give their best for me. Because of their support and sacrifice over the years, I have been able to devote the time and energy necessary to academic accomplishment, even though money has always been tight. But studying abroad is different, since it costs a lot, to the point that my family could not afford it.
My aunt, who owns a variety store that sells clothes and daily necessities in Gwa township, Rakhine State, has been supporting my living expenses during my first two academic years. However, due to the ongoing conflict and political unrest in Rakhine State, her family was forced to move to Yangon for safety. As a result, they had to close their businesses and let go of their staff. They are now trying to reopen a small variety store in Yangon to support their family.
Because of these challenging circumstances, it became increasingly difficult for my aunt to continue supporting my education. Therefore, I sincerely hope to become a Zomia student, which would further motivate me to achieve academic excellence.
